Colors and Hair

Lately I posted I’ve got something new. Lol I don’t know why but my friends instantly noticed it ==;;
So yeah, I dyed my hair using a Grape Red hair dye.
Basically, hair dyes don’t really lift it’s color when you apply it onto virgin black hair, like mine, just except if your hair dye contains a bleaching chemical in it.
So what happened when I applied the Grape Red dye to my hair is, it only seemed to look like bluish-reddish-brown (that sounds weird. Lol. But because some angles you’ll see this color and when you turn to another angle you’ll see this color. But that does not actually mean I dyed different colors on different parts. Get it? It’s more like two-colored on the same spot ==;;), it’s only when you expose it under the sun that you can clearly see the Purplish-Red color of the dyed hair.

Just found this on Google Images. Haha
So I suggest if you would want to perfectly get the hair color shown on your hair dye box/package, bleach your hair first, or for better, buy a hair dye with bleach on it.
BUT, there’s a but, hair dyes with bleaching chemicals makes your scalp and roots sort of itchy when you leave it..and yeah. But I guess that’s just for some hours or some few days.
Here’s one hair dye with bleach I recommend. I remember using it way back idk. Also it has nice feedbacks.

Palty’s one of the best hair dye brands in Japan. And as we all know, Japan has the best hair dye brands in Asia.

Along with it’s cute packaging is this color chart or whatever you actually call this, where you can see the color result of the dye to your specific hair color.
And of course nice colors to choose from (*^▽^*)
On the other hand, if you don’t dare to bleach your hair, I recommend another Japanese hair dye brand called Prettia, Japan’s #1 hair dye brand. Unlike other hair dyes, Prettia dyes your hair with care and efficiently because it’s in a Bubble hair coloring. Bubble hair colors are like just applying your facial foam to your hair (LOL), but yeah, unlike other hair dyes which lets you comb it throughout, all you need to do with this bubble hair dye is to massage the product into your hair.

So this is how you do it (Pure love f(x)!! Lol). Just as easy as applying your daily shampoo.

And like Palty it also has this hair color result thingy chart or what so called.
Sample results

Prettia Cassis Berry

And a bunch more nice colors to chose from! So pretty right (*´▽`*)
You can find both these brands on the Jap market or in eBay or blah blah. Goodluck in finding one! Hahas

ASFDGSFGASGFSDGASFSDG I HAVE BEEN WAITING ALL MY LIFE TO DYE MY HAIR GOLD BROWN. I bought Palty Gold Brown hard bleach 3 years ago, but my principal doesn’t allow hair colors. ._.
lol same here. Schools suck. >< Most schools prohibit unusual hair colors but maybe you may dye err the darker ones.
;AAA; Yeah. I once colored my hair light orangey brown (like SNSD’s Jessica’s new haircolor) and I almost got suspended. .___________.

Cool ! How did you get that Natural Ash color ? Did you bleach your hair before hand ? If so what bleach did you use ?
Thank you !
Nice tip about Prettia, I’d never heard of it and always wondered how the Japanese get that awesome bleached look..
I’m very pleased to have found this website. Definitely enjoyed reading and I have bookmarked to check out new stuff that you post.
Where can I get/buy possibly order that “Prettia” hair dye in San Antonio, Texas????? =O.
Hey I’ve a question about the first picture I really like to have that kind of hair color/dye… I have a light brown hair and fair complexion — almost pale LOL how do I get that? Is it okay if I picked L’oreal #550 Mahogany color? Would it still look almost like that?
